We are modernizing our manufacturing processes.

This year we made the decision to purchase a new CNC turning machine. For some time we saw the potential in the automation of our production in the turning department, and with this machine we are now exploiting this potential.

Our new turning machine is a SMEC SL 3500 ALY, which was sold to us by the company WSF Werkzeugmaschinen. It has a maximum turning length of 2,120mm and a bar capacity of 103mm. With these machining dimensions we can really handle almost all our workpieces.

The driven tools and Y-axis will also allow us to consolidate several manufacturing processes onto one machine, already saving us a lot of time.

The flat guide, Siemens control, a chip conveyor and a steady rest complete the machine and make it a perfect addition to our machine park.

Due to the short delivery time of 3 weeks, we can also already work with our new machine at the beginning of 2023!
